A Discord bot for tickets
A button in a channel, and every request opens its own channel, visible only to that person and your team. The panel, the reasons and the team are set up from your browser.
One reason per button
Report, partnership, question: each button carries its reason, and the channel name follows it. The panel shows buttons or a menu, with your title, your color and your image.
Nothing goes unanswered
A reminder when a ticket has waited 24 hours for the team, another when it has been silent for three days. A ticket can be handed to the right team member, a board lists open requests, and opening hours say when support answers.
A record of every exchange
When a ticket closes, the whole conversation goes to an archive channel, and the member rates the help they got. From the dashboard, your team reads a ticket and answers without opening Discord. A DM to the bot also opens a conversation with staff.
